Tax ID Verification
Company Tax ID information must fully match the active FMCSA file and registration records for verification
Cargo Liability Insurance
Cargo liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 or greater is required for all approved carriers.
Active Authority
Carrier authority must remain active and in good standing for a minimum period of 3 continuous months.
Hazmat Certification
Hazmat certification documents are required only for carriers transporting hazardous or regulated freight shipments.
Auto Liability Insurance
A valid Certificate of Insurance with auto liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 must be submitted.
Safety & Inspection Records
Carriers must maintain a "Satisfactory" safety rating from the FMCSA with no alert thresholds crossed in critical SMS categories (Unsafe Driving, Hours-of-Service, or Vehicle Maintenance).
